WHAT DOES “SMALL BATCH” MEAN?

Each Linnea’s Lights® soy candle is hand crafted in small batches to produce a superior quality and highly fragrant product. By producing our candles in this artisanal way, we are able to maximize our scent/wax concentration to ensure the ultimate in cold and hot fragrance throw. Every step of creating a Linnea’s Lights® candle is touched by the human hand. From hand blending, pouring, and finishing, Linnea’s Lights® candles are created with passion and an unwavering commitment to quality and beauty.

WHAT IS YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH JANUS?

We have a long term partnership with Janus in Indianapolis. Janus teaches life skills for individuals with disabilities. We have partnered with Janus since 2013. Their team provides all the wicking and cleaning of our vessels and at times throughout the year certain team members join us in our studio to learn artisanal candle making skills. We encourage our clients to learn more about Janus and the positive impact they make on the community. janus-inc.org

DO YOU GIVE CHARITABLE DONATIONS?

We feel strongly about giving back and sharing in a bigger way. We are proud to donate to charitable organizations both locally and nationally. We are proud supporters of VDay (Ending violence against girls and women), Kyle’s Treehouse (Autism Awareness), Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Go Red for Women (Heart Disease in Women) as well various local charities and causes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders will take 1 business day to process, and will ship within 5 business days from our studio in Indianapolis, IN. However, there may be occasions where raw materials cause a further delay in delivery of our finished product. We appreciate your patience.

How do you ship your product?

We ship via Fedex Ground. We can ship expedited for an additional charge.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

FedEx ground shipping costs are calculated at time of purchase and are based on ship to location, item weights and dimensions.

Do you ship internationally or to special locations?

Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S. and do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

What is your exchange and/or return policy?

We craft our candles in small batches made to order, so please choose carefully. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Damages in shipping must be reported to Linnea’s Lights within 3 days with a photograph sent to customerservice@linneaslights.com. We will investigate the damages with the carrier and take the proper steps to satisfy the purchase on your behalf.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not currently accept payment by check, Paypal, COD or money orders.
